Over the past few years, the American Marketing Association (AMA) chapter has had the opportunity to partner with local businesses to provide strategic marketing support. Our students worked closely with clients and were able to present their key findings with primary and secondary research, industry information, and recommendations.

The chapter has assisted the L.L. Bean College Tour with their annual pop-up shop. The chapter would help support their pop-up shop by creating marketing plans and strategies for engaging with the campus community.

In 2022, the chapter collaborated with Port City Makerspace, a community shop in Portsmouth. The nonprofit organization aims to serve the seacoast as a craft and educational center. The chapter assisted them in increasing their brand awareness to the community. We also assisted in improving website analytics and using marketing strategies to better connect with their audience.

In 2023, the chapter partnered with Mr. Fox Composting, a local composting company, to assist with their position in the market. The chapter helped identify more target audiences, refine their messaging, and develop a marketing plan to grow and strengthen their position in the market.
